Kingdom of Iberia city Mtskheta

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :

Check out this fantastic drone video of the ancient city of Mtskheta in the Caucasus republic of Georgia, compliments of Sky Travel Studio.  It's located just 20 km (around 12 mi.) north of the capital city of Tbilisi.  From the 3rd century BC to the 5th century AD, Mtskheta was capital of the Kingdom of Iberia (Kartli), which ruled over much of present-day Georgia.  The video features footage of the city's most well-known sights, including the Jvari Monastery, the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, and more from Georgia's oldest city.
