It's time to Dive!!! (Kwad Kore Edition ) FPV Freestyle Mussenden Temple

He took his miniquad out to Downhill Strand (beach), in County Londonderry, near the northernmost point of Ulster. He was able to capture some epic footage of the beach as well as Mussendon Temple, the 18th century landmark which overlooks the beach and is one of the most well known sites in the region.

It's time to DIVE!!!! So after the epic car chase action on the beach at Downhill we parked the car and walked to the end of the beach where the Mussenden Temple sits beautifully perched on the top of the cliff, this part of Northern Ireland is truly stunning! I was up first to hit this epic structure and all I can say was WOW!! The wind was fierce, but the new F4 Board handled it well. After the first pack, I think we all knew it was going to be an epic day. As I always do here is a short history lesson on the surrounding area.... Mussenden Temple is located in the beautiful surroundings of Downhill Demesne near Castlerock in County Londonderry. It perches dramatically on a 120 ft cliff top, high above the Atlantic Ocean on the north-western coast of Northern Ireland, offering spectacular views westwards over Downhill Strand towards Magilligan Point and County Donegal and to the east Castlerock beach towards Portstewart, Portrush and Fair Head. History of Mussenden Temple The temple was built in 1785 and forms part of the estate of Frederick Augustus Hervey, Bishop of Derry and Earl of Bristol (or the Earl Bishop). The temple was built as a summer library and its architecture was inspired by the Temple of Vesta in Tivoli, near Rome. It is dedicated to the memory of Hervey's cousin Frideswide Mussenden. Both the Temple and the surrounding views are among the most photographed scenes in Ireland. Over the years the Temple itself was in danger of being lost to the sea due to the erosion of the cliff which brought Mussenden Temple ever closer to the edge. In 1997 the National Trust then carried out cliff stabilization work to prevent the loss of this lovely building. "Mussenden Temple is one of those places you never forget. The temple itself is magnificent and sits on one of the most amazing locations in Ireland. The Earl Bishop used it as his library." Any that'll do for the history lol.....
