At the :30 mark, you'll see the Aqueduct of Valens, which dates to the 4th century AD.  At around the :40 mark, you'll see the Hagia Sophia, a church and later a mosque which was the world's largest structure for centuries, and which is now a museum.  At around the 1:05 mark, you'll see the single minaret Sokollu Mehmed Pasha Mosque, followed by some great views of the Sultan Ahmed Mosque aka the Blue Mosque, which lies just to the southwest of Hagia Sophia.  Starting at 2:05, you'll see the bridges of the Golden Horn inlet.
