Incredible Views over Tiu Keng Leng

Check out this fantastic drone video of the Tiu Keng Leng area of Hong Kong, compliments of brand-new contributor ponglangyan. It's part of Sai Kung District, the easternmost of the 18 districts which make up this semi-autonomous territory of Hong Kong. Tiu Keng Leng first developed as a housing area for refugees fleeing China following the Communist Revolution of 1949. It was subsequently redeveloped as part of the Tseung Kwan O New Town, much of which was built on reclaimed land from nearby Junk Bay.

This was sort of an unplanned video. I walked outside of the Tiu Keng Leng Station and saw some incredible buildings, so I decided to pull out the drone, which I almost always carry with me, and fly around for a bit. I had just came from Sai Kung area, but wasn't able to fly so much over there due to high winds.
