The single-shot video was filmed flying toward the Ili River, which runs a course of about 900 mi. (a bit over 1.4k km). It rises in the Tian Shan Mountains in northwestern China (whose peaks rise to altitudes of up to 24.4k ft. above sea level, or 7.4k m), emptying into giant Lake Balkhash in southeastern Kazakhstan.
