AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : The Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida has seen some of the most concentrated highrise construction anywhere in the USA. Located on and around Brickell Avenue south of the Miami River, the district is home to dozens of new residential and office towers. The center of gravity of the what is essentially a new neighborhood is Brickell City Center, a massive mixed-use project. Seen here in this drone video by ContemporAd, the project is currently in the middle of its second phase of construction.
