How I almost lost my AVATA - Spout Force Waterfall, Winlatter, Lake District...

A day out in the Lakes, and an overgrown waterfall - Spout Force near Winlatter - just demanded to be flown!

AVATA1 was duly sent, and as soon as it entered the gorge the satellite strength began to drop, not too much of an issue as the sensors usually keep it flying well enough, however, returning from the second run over the falls the sensor got confused and sent the drone careening forwards - and crashing into the rock face next to the falls twice!

Thankfully a bit of swift MC2 work it recovered stability, and I could fly out of the danger zone! The loss of signal and crashes/recovery are at 2mins and 8 seconds -
