Check out these fantastic wintertime views of Glencoe, Scotland, compliments of top AirVuz contributor and pilot newcastlemale.  A "glen" is a type of valley with gently sloping sides which is found throughout the Scottish Highlands.  Glencoe is situated in the western Highlands, near the border between County Argyll and the Lochaber Council Area.  Named for the River Coe which runs through it, the valley is considered one of the most iconic natural sites in Scotland as well as the birthplace of Scottish mountaineering.
