Foil Windsurfing - RRD One Hour Classic

Check out this epic first person view (FPV) drone video of a foil windsurfing competition in northern Italy, compliments of AirVuz contributor and FPV pilot Quino FPV. The RRD One Hour Classic was held on Lake Garda in June of 2022. With Italy's largest lake mostly surrounded by mountains, the winds here are high and variable, presenting some of the most challenging conditions imaginable both for the foilboarders as well as the FPV pilot. This video made the FPV Pilots to Watch list in July of 2022.

The One Hour Classic represents the history of windsurfing on Lake Garda Trentino, having been born in the late 80s. Today it is still at the forefront since the slalom test has joined the foil one, thus evolving over time.
