Return to Pandora through first-person view drone footage.

FPV drone pilot Sharp Laio, also known as 'sharpwest', traveled to the real-life filming location and inspiration for the 2009 mega-blockbuster Avatar.

China's Zhangjiajie National Forest Park was the visual Inspiration for the films fantasy planet Pandora and home of the blue Na'vi.

Zhangjiajie is recognized as China's first national park. Many drone pilots have filmed in the park to capture its notable geographic features. Particularly, the park's pillar-like quartzite rock formations that inspired the film's Hallelujah Mountains. Laio's FPV drone gives an aerial view of the park that closely resembles what it would have been like to fly on one of the films mythical mountain banshees the 'Ikran'.

Fans of the film will soon be able to go back to Pandora as Avatar 2 and 3 are currently in post production, set to release respectively December 2020 and December 2025.
