Take an aerial tour of the great Cathedral of Florence, Italy, compliments of top AirVuz contributor Alta Movie Aerials. Technically named the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Flower, the structure is the most famous in the city which gave birth to the Renaissance and indeed in all of Europe. Consecrated in 1436, the church is the centerpiece of the Piazza del Duomo complex. The video includes shots of the other famous buildings in the complex, including Giotto's Bell Tower, the Baptistery of St. John, and more.

Every now and then, productions that come to shoot in Italy from other countries contact me because they need images of Florence.Most of them have clear ideas about what they want—the type of light, the type of shots, the type of movement.But rarely do they simply say, "You do it," or "Tell me about the beauty of Florence."This is my little interpretation; fortunately, the client has given me permission to use them, and I will.But then again, walking through the half-deserted streets of Florence at 4 in the morning is something that can't be described. ❤❤
