Floating Village Koah Panyee - Thailand Phuket

Check out this amazing drone video from one of the most unusual sights in Southern Thailand, compliments of contributor and pilot dronevfx.  The subject of the video is the "floating village" of Ko Panyi in the Phang Nga Province, at the head of the body of water known as Phang Nga Bay.  The village doesn't actually "float"; rather, it's built on stilts.  Believed to be built by Malay nomads sometime in the 18th century, the village is currently home to over 350 families and has a total population exceeding 1.6k.
