Check out this fantastic drone video of the city of Famagusta on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus, compliments of AirVuz contributor musabms.  Famagusta is a port city on the eastern side of the island, in the Turkish-controlled northern region.  With the deepest harbor on the island, the city became its most important port during the Middle Ages, when Cyprus came under the control of the Genoese and later Venetian Empires.  Famagusta was the site of a brutal siege in 1570-1, following which the island came under Ottoman control.
