Fagradalsfjall Birthday Edition - Unseen footage

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Multiple Drone Video of the Week Winner haussmannvisuals brings us this stunning footage from Iceland's Geldingadalir volcano, which began erupting in March of 2021. Released to coincide with the first anniversary of the eruption, the footage was captured ove the course of April, 2021. It was filmed with three separate drones: a DJI Mavic Pro 2, a DJI Mavic Air 2, and the DJI FPV drone. The volcano is located on the Reykjanes Peninsula near Reykjavik, an area that had not seen active volcanic eruptions for centuries.

In light of the one year anniversary of the Fagradalsfjall eruption on 19.03.2022 this is a compilation of some never published shots. On March 19th, 2021 a volcanic eruption started in the valley of Geldingadalir. A year later I present you the unseen footage from my archive. Enjoy this special birthday edition of my volcano footage.
