FRANCE FROM THE AIR: BEYNAC CASTLE, AMAZING PERIGORD (FRANCE) 4K

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Check out this excellent drone view of France's Beynac Castle (Château de Beynac), compliments of Viajes Lost Planet. Built on a cliff overlooking the Dordogne River in the river's provincial namesake in south-central France, the castle dates to the 12th century. It played an important role in the Hundred Years' War between England and France during the last half of the 14th century and the first half of the 15th. More recently, Beynac Castle has appeared in numerous movies, including the 1998 romantic drama Ever After.

We flew our DJI Mavic Pro over the beautiful medieval castle of Beynac. This magnificent castle stands on a rocky headland on the Dordogne River. We recorded these images in 4K quality during one of our motorhome tours through the Perigord region, in the south of France.
