Recent little early fall hike to work the kinks out of the winter backpacking load. We were met with some amazing weather and once we got to the lake had to take advantage of the sun as it was going to dip behind Mount Haig in no time. It is actually the best bang for you hiking buck. Epic views and wilderness at such a short distance away.
