Located about 40 km (25 mi.) north of downtown Seattle, Everett is one of the largest of the Seattle suburbs. It is situated on Possession Sound, an inlet of the larger Puget Sound. The video features footage of the Everett Marina, as well as Jetty Island. The latter is a man-made island, which is about three km long (two mi.) and is uninhabited; it was created with dredging from the Snohomish River.
