Dunguaire Castle reel
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Dunguaire Castle is one of the more well-known historical and cultural sites on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way, its long western (Atlantic Ocean) coastline. Seen in this drone video by former Drone Video of the Week Finalist Dronescapes Ireland, it's located on near the town of Kinvara on the southerastern shore of Galway Bay in County Galway. Built in the 16th century, the structure is distinguished by its 75 foot (23 m) tower. The castle "played the role" of Boyne Castle in the 1969 Disney film Guns in the Heather.
