The Greek island of Zythera (Kythira) is something of an oddity.  It's considered part of the Ionian Islands group but lies far to the south of the other six main Iionian Island, near the southern tip of the Peloponnese Peninsula.  Zythera was a key battleground during the Peloponnesian War of the 5th century BC, and (like the other Ionian Islands) was part of the Venetian Empire for most of the Middle Ages.  In this drone video, you'll get an aerial view of the town of Agia Pelagia on the northern side of the island.
