Shanghai Laser show by panvelvet Content creator Panvelvet, also known as Vitaly Golovatyuk, is a former Drone Video Award winner and New York City Drone Film Festival winner. This latest video from him was filmed in his favorite place, Shanghai. He was capturing a massive laser show that was all to celebrate the 70th anniversary of China. Congrats again to Panvelvet!
