Highlights include Mont Rond in the Jura Mountains, Fort Barraux in the southeastern department of Isère, Fort Nieulay in Calais, the fortified town of Neuf-Brisach in Alsace, the Bay of Bay of Morlaix in Brittany, the great World War I fortress of Douaumont near Verdun in Champagne, Fort Queyras in the Hautes Alpes Department, the fortress Château de Montségur in the Ariège Department, and much more.

This 2mn30 video was mostly shot in 2020 during various roadtrips around France. I have regrouped the footage by themes: Castles, Vauban "Star shaped" forts, Coastlines, Mountains passes, Waterfalls... The only intent of my video is to give you a flavour of the varieties of sites and places where you can openly fly your drone.
