AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Detroit, Michigan has been undergoing a quiet resurgence since the depths of the Great Recession when GM and Chrysler both sought bankruptcy protection. Much of what is happening has to do with repurposing of land in this city which has always been one of the least densely populated of the USA even before it lost 60% of its population.
