Croaghpatrick the holy mountain

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Former Drone Video of the Week Finalist Dronescapes Ireland brings us this fantastic drone video of Ireland's Croagh Patrick, an important pilgrimage site on the Emerald Isle. It's located on the southern side of Clew Bay in County Mayo, on the western side of the island. According to tradition, St. Patrick spent 40 days fasting and praying on the mountain's summit in 441 AD. Accordingly, on the holiday known as Reek Sunday (the last Sunday in July) thousands of people climb the summit and attend mass in the small chapel there.
