Covid 19 Mt Hood

Check out this beautiful yet haunting drone video from Mt. Hood in the USA's Pacific Northwest region, compliments of pfritz66.  Oregon's tallest mountain, Mt. Hood is a potentially active volcano with a peak elevation of a bit over 3.4k meters above sea level or around 11.25k ft.  Located about 80 km (around 50 mi.) southeast of Portland, the mountain would normally be crawling with people in late March.  Instead, due to social distancing measures imposed to combat the Covid-19 coronavirus, it's virtually devoid of people.

This is a ski resort on Mount Hood , Ski Bowl . There are usually hundreds if not thousands of cars going up highway 26 to Mt Hood this time of year but due to Covid 19 it is pretty much a ghost town . I did not need to worry about distancing my self 6 ft from any other person due to there was no one else up there. Please be safe and we all look forward to the world getting healthy
