AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Omer Gokcen brings us this eerie video from Istanbul during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Spring of 2020. The video features footage of some of the most well-known sights in Turkey's largest city, including the Galata Bridge, Galata Tower, Eminonu, Sirkeci, and the Golden Horn. While Turkey didn't see its first confirmed infection until March 11, within a month the country was amongst the 6-7 hardest-hit countries, and had adopted strict social distancing measures to slow the spread of the deadly virus.
