Cappadocia, Turkey by Surok FPV

My name is Ivan Surikov. Im from Switzerland. Im 28 years old and the passion for the drone industry was adopted to me by my grandfather! When I was a kid my grandfather was working as a cameraman at Sukhoy factory in Russia and he was always inspiring me by his videos and stories! He was telling me that the sky is freedom and that you should always look up to achieve your dreams! I'm working as a filmmaker, photographer and producer since 7 years, and I got involved into the drone hobby only 3 years ago, then it became my passion! By doing what I like and being successful at it, I was selected for the first in the world drone competition held and organized by Turkey authorities with help of Fpv Cicrle researching and coordinating for the other talented drone pilots! The event that took place in Istanbul was simply amazing! Everything was prepared for us! We were 8 pilots from different countries and 4 pilots were from Turkey, and I was very impressed by the organization!!! After the launching ceremony in Istanbul, each pilot was sent to a corresponding location which was picked randomly, and he had to spend there 3 days and shoot the local landscapes, historical points of interest, cultural and tourist centers. I was sent to Nevşehir, Cappadocia! I've been to Cappadocia once, and I felt even more in love with it after this time!! This area is so unique, so beautiful, the energy of these places is just so powerful that I didn't want to sleep at all!! Three days were very intense and interesting!! I visited so many unique locations and had an amazing opportunity to fly there with my drones! The comfort was on top level! I had a personal driver and assistant to help me coordinate my shoots!
