An officially recognized neighborhood of the city, the CBD lies just south of the French Quarter, from which it is divided by Canal and Decatur Streets. CBD (Central Business District) in New Orleans has gone through a transformation to what was once warehouses and factories to retail, restaurant, bars, lofts and living in the city along the Riverwalk and other tourist venues. I even found a light house. Cool place to visit and before the COVID was a very busy hang out.
