Bryn Celli Ddu Neolithic Burial Chamber
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
AirVuz contributor and pilot scdronemedia brings us this excellent drone video of a well-known ancient burial site in the Wales region of the UK. Bryn Celli Ddu is located on the island of Anglesey, off the northwestern coast of Wales. Translating roughly to "the mound in the dark grove", the site consists of a burial chamber with a pillar inside of it. Excavated in the late 1920's, the original site is believed to date to around 4000 BC, at the end of the Mesolithic period; most of the complex dates to 1000-2000 years later.

Very misty morning. Could not see the mound when first arrived. Mist started to clear slightly which allowed me to get the drone up. My third visit, first time with a drone. Amazing atmospheric site. If you want more like this and photographs, please visit www.sc-drone-media.co.uk
