Zakynthos is frequently considered to be the most beautiful of the seven main Greek islands in the Ionion Sea.  Mentioned by Homer in his Odyssey and Iliad epics, the island was called the Flower of the Levant by the Venetians during the Middle Ages when the island was under their control.  In this drone video by harispomonis, you'll get a bird's eye view of the island, including its famous shipwreck beach as well as the two tiny islands of Maratonisi and Kalonisi which sit off its southern shores.
