Considered part of a larger formation known as the Great Dividing Range, the Blue Mountains are located just a bit west of Sydney in the state of New South Wales. The video opens with shots of the Three Sisters rock formation, probably the most well-known spot in the Blue Mountains. Perched over the Jamison Valley, the tallest of the three sandstone pillars is about 3k ft. above sea level (922 m.).
