Bixby Bridge

The Bixby Bridge is one of the most iconic sights of California. Located on State Route 1, near the northern end of the famed Big Sur route along the Pacific coastline, south of Monterey. Seen in this drone video by AirVuz contributor and pilot krystil_king_fpv, the bridge spans its namesake canyon. With a height of 85 meters (about 270 ft.) it was the tallest single-span bridge in the world when it opened in 1932. The bridge earned additional fame when it appeared in the opening credits of the hit HBO mini-series Big Little Lies.
