In this video, contributor and drone pilot Drone Downunder gives us a bird's eye view of the famous "Big Buddha" statue in Phuket, Thailand.  Standing 45 meters (150 ft.) tall, the great statue is easily the most recognizable sight of this tropical beach paradise province in southern Thailand.  Big Buddha is situated in the Nakkerd Hills above Chalong, on the main island's western side.  The statue is visible from across much of the island, and is one of Phuket's biggest tourist attractions.
