Bat & Barrel: Hydra FPV space preview at Twins Stadium

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Twin Cities pilot Intent2bHuman is a proud member of the first person view (FPV) community in the Minneapolis/St Paul metro area. That community includes HydraFPV, the drone racing entertainment technology company that hosts races in the area. The newest location is Target Field, home of the Minnesota Twins, an MLB team. The ball park’s recently renovated Bat & Barrel is a bar and restaurant that looks out over the first base line, an enticing view for baseball fans and FPV pilots alike.

FPV is moving from the back room to the main stage! One special aspect to what Hydra FPV is doing is that they have an engaging format that is relatively easy to produce (now 😅) and great entertainment! I had a blast exploring the course, getting in some test flights, and finding a cinematic line or two. My hope is that, across the country, we see more and more of this start happening! DRL is going to rip at Chase Stadium with their world-class pilots, we’re going to have a great sort of fun whooping the bar at Twins, who knows where we end up next? Maybe we move from Friday at Allianz to game day!? First Thursday of the month, Bauhaus Brew Labs is home. Gratitude to all the great venues who host our flights, I’m really grateful to be able to zoom around in the amazing spaces and with great communities 🙏
