Basilica Block Party 2018 - The Aerial Experience

The Basilica Block Party began in the 1990's as a single two day music festival to benefit the Basilica of St. Mary, which sits on the outskirts of downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Block Party is now an annual event featuring dozens of musical acts attended by tens of thousands. Since 2017, AirVuz has served as an official media partner of the Block Party, enabling it to create amazing videos of the event which combine drone and ground footage of the center city at the height of its summer splendor.

God Has Spoken - and he wants you to rock on! The Basilica Block Party began in 1995 as a fundraiser to help pay for the structural restoration of The Basilica of Saint Mary. Today, proceeds from the event benefit The Basilica Landmark, which preserves, restores and advances the historic Basilica of Saint Mary for all generations. In addition, a portion of all proceeds from The Basilica Block Party go to The Basilica’s St. Vincent de Paul outreach program, which provides services to those in need. AirVūz was the proud video sponsor of the event.
