BRDY - the largest contiguously forested areas

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : The Czech Republic is known in part for its forests, some of the largest in Central Europe. In this drone video by top AirVuz contributor ludoweet, you'll get an aerial view of what is believed to be the country's largest contiguous forested area: the Brdy Mountains. The massif runs for about 35 mi. (around 60 km) southwest of Prague. Its highest peak is called Praha, which has a summit elevation of about 2.8k ft. above sea level (around 860 m). The range was largely restricted to military use for much of the 20th century.
