AirVuz contributor Servizicondrone brings us this excellent drone video from a tiny island on Italy's Lake Orta.  San Giulio Island lies in the middle of the lake, which is situated a bit to the west of the larger Lake Maggiore in the northwestern region of Piedmont.  The lake's only true island measures about 900 ft. long (275 m) by about 460 ft. wide at its widest (around 140 m).  The main structure on the island, which you'll see prominently in the video, is the Basilica di San Giulio, parts of which date to the 5th century AD.
