Albert Park Lake, Melbourne - Beautiful Winter's Morning 4K

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Former Drone Video of the Week Finalist Gizmo Drones brings us this excellent drone video of Albert Park and Lake in Melbourne, Australia. It's part of the City of Port Phillip, a close-in southern suburb of Melbourne. Once part of the Yarra River Delta before it was drained in the 19th century, the park covers about .8 square mi. (around 2.2 square km.). It receives over five million visitors annually. The video features excellent footage of the park itself as well as of the nearby Melbourne skyline.

It was the nicest winter's morning and perfect for filming Melbourne's famous Albert Park Lake. It is a popular place to walk or run and hosts many sporting and boating facilities plus it is home to the Melbourne Grand Prix where the cars race around the lake. I filmed it in one go although it looks like different days as it was sunny one moment and cloudy the next although it eventually became sunny. I hope you like this somewhat dramatic video, thanks to the epic track "Icarus" from Scott Buckley.
