After the Rain

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Check out these stunning Autumn aerial views of the French Jura Mountains, compliments of top contributor Capchure.ch. The mountains lie just north of Lake Geneva, on both French and Swiss territory. Contrary to what many believe, they are not connected to the Alps system which lies to the south of the Jura's. On the French side, most of the Jura's lie within the Jura Department, which is part of the historical region of Franche-Comté and is now part of the larger official region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.
