The video starts with footage from January, 2020, before the largest city in the Western Hemisphere recorded its first confirmed infections. Then you'll fast-forward to March 30th, when what amounted to a national quarantine was declared; the VFX-enhaced of the empty looking city are truly (as the title suggests) dystopian.
