AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : This excellent video by first-person view (FPV) pilot elbuhofpv will give you a new perspective of the great city of New York, which went into near-lockdown in the second half of March 2020 as it became the US epicenter of the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic. Showing the city in the happier times before the storm hit, he was able to film a pair of jetskiers plying the waters that surround Lower Manhattan. Check it out for some epic views of the city's skyline from the Hudson River, the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, and more.

One of the most memorable moments in FPV for me so far. Shout out to @joel & @allyfiset for making this all happen. Joel hit me up weeks in advance and once the date hit we had to move some things around because of the weather but in the end it all worked out. The weather was gorgeous! A little windy but amazing all around. We were on the boat for roughly 4 hours. Our first stop was roughly 700-800 feet west of the statue of liberty. After that we parked up between the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridge.
