42nd street Chrysler Building

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Check out these fantastic drone videos from the East Midtown area of Manhattan in New York City, compliments of thedronalist. The video was shot primarily around East 42nd Street, one of the major thoroughfares of the neighborhood. The video features excellent footage of the Chrysler Building, the Art Deco classic which was the first building in the world to reach a height of 1,000 ft. (just over 300 meters). The other "star" of the show is One Vanderbilt, which reached a height of 427 meters (1.4k ft.) when topped out in 2019.
