One of our Light & Drawing team, Siarah, was just awarded a nice amount in scholarship funding to take several advanced placement and college level courses from Stanford University in San Francisco (Palo Alto). She is just a Junior in high school, and these courses will help significantly to bridge the gap between deficiencies in public school and preparations for college. This week, she is visiting Stanford to meet with advisors and select courses to take.
