Contributor Michael Daramola created a beautiful aerial view of Heroes' Square, one of the main landmarks of Budapest, Hungary.  Situated next to City Park (Városliget), the square was constructed around the turn of the 20th century, shortly after Buda and Pest had united to form the present-day city of Budapest.  The timing also coincided with the 1,000 year anniversary of the Hungarian conquest of the Carpathian Basin.  Unlike similarly named squares in other European capitals, Heroes' Square does not contain any interred remains.
