The Mission Impossible series is one of the most successful franchises in movie history, grossing over $3.5 billion through its sixth installment in 2018. Starring Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt, the movies have been filmed in numerous locations around the world. They generally feature one or more ground-breaking chase scenes, distinguished in part by star Cruise generally playing his own stunt man. The filming locations are chosen for their high visual impact, and range from Rome to Dubai and from Sydney to Prague. Outside of major cities, other key scenes have been shot in places like Moab Canyon in the Southerwestern USA and the South Island of New Zealand. In this collection, we've assembled the best drone videos of locations featured in this epic adventure series. Aerial photo: “Preikestoken” by AirVuz contributor and drone pilot Børge.
