Drone Video of the Week - November Week 1

Congratulations to our Drone Video of the Week Winner for November Week 1: Introducing PiccaFilm Ltd. an Inspiring Drone Company by PiccaFilm!

Film creator and cinematographer Paulo Picca said this piece was a compilation of over 5 terabytes of footage, shot over the last two years. Originally he was flying his DJI Phantom 3 Advanced, then a DJI Mavic Pro, and now a DJI Mavic 2 Pro. Paulo said that he was always a fan of editing and when he heard about drone he thought, “why not?” After committing to the idea and buying his Phantom 3 he said he was hooked. Locations in this video include Scotland, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Greece, Spain, Malta and Brazil. He said digging through the old footage was a bit of a challenge, especially since he wasn’t quite as good of a pilot when he started out! However, he wanted to do it since he had decided to open up his own aerial filming company.
