Cincinnati is the second- largest city in Ohio and the center of its second-largest metropolitan area after Greater Cleveland. Although it's part of a Midwestern state, Cincinnati is generally considered to be part of the Appalachian Region and is Appalachia's second-largest city after Pittsburgh. One of the USA's oldest major cities west of the Atlantic coast, it's situated on the northern banks of the Ohio River, which serves here as Ohio's southern border with Kentucky. Founded in 1788 as an outpost in what was then known as America's Northwest Territory, Cincinnati became one of the country's great boomtowns in the mid-19th century. Known for its famous bridges, prominent riverfront stadiums, and active cultural scene, it's often considered one of the USA's most liveable cities. Here is a collection of drone videos of Cincinnati, the first city founded after the American Revolution.
