2nd Annual Drone Video Awards - Tiny Whoop Acro Mode Category

Tiny Whoops, the brainchild of Jesse Perkins, are small ducted, first-person view micro quads that use 1s batteries and are small enough and safe enough to fly just about everywhere. The Tiny Whoop movement has continued to grow as the FPV hobby has grown. Now it seems just about every mini quad pilot also flies Tiny Whoops, whether it’s before or after races, or just for a little fun.  And pilots who fly their Whoops in Acro mode take things up a notch more, with the ability to flip and roll through obstacles that aren’t quite possible with the stability of 'angle mode' (and by the way, be sure to check out the nominees in the Tiny Whoop Angle Mode category of our Drone Video Awards too!). It takes a skilled pilot to maneuver the Tiny Whoop in acro mode, which gives the quad a full range of acrobatic - hence "acro" - motions. Congratulations to hoodblade for winning the category!
