Multiple Drone Video of the Week Winner Nico Lehr brings us this magnificent aerial video from the Dolomite Mountains in northeastern Italy, which are part of the Southern Limestone Alps.  The video was filmed with a DJI Mini 3 Pro drone, with supplemental ground footage from a  Sony Alpha 7 II camera.  While the Dolomites aren't the tallest mountains in the Alps system (their highest peaks are around 11k ft. above sea level or around 3.3k m), the chain is home to some of the most spectacular looking alpine scenery in Europe.  

Prepare to be blown away by this drone video of narwhal whales near the North Pole, compliments of top AirVuz contributor Timelab.pro.  The video filmed in the course of a scientific trip to study these narwahls in the Franz Josef Land Archipelago, a group of Russian islands which straddle the 81st north parallel, almost two-thirds of the way between the Arctic Circle and the earth's northernmost point.  Sometimes called "sea unicorns" due to their long tusks (usually only seen on males) narwahls grow up to about 18 ft. (5.5 m).    

In this spectacular video by top contributor Timelab.pro, you'll explore the North African country of Mauritania.  Filmed with a DJI Inspire 3 drone and supplemented with ground camera footage, the video will take you around this fascinating nation, which covers a very large land area of about 400k square mi. (over a million square km) but is sparsely populated.   The first part of the video was filmed in the interior, most of which is covered by the Sahara Desert, while the last part will take you to Mauritania's Atlantic coastline.   

In this amazing piece by top content creator Timelab.pro, you'll explore the icebergs of Greenland, the world's largest island.  Filmed primarily DJI Inspire 3, with additional footage from a first person view (FPV) drone, the video was shot while traveling on boat with scarlet sails that stand out brilliantly from the white icebergs.  Home to the world's second-largest ice cap after Antarctica, Greenland is the source of most of the icebergs seen in the Northern Hemisphere.  This was a Finalist for the 2023 Drone Video of the Year.  

Former Drone Video of the Week Finalist LUK☰☰ created this beautiful "sunrise to sunset" drone video from the Hawaiian island of Kauai.  The sunrise portion of the video was filmed over Princeville, an unincorporated area on the northern shore of the island.  For the sunset shot, the setting is just a bit to the west, on Hanalei Bay, approximately in the middle of the northern coast.  The video was filmed with the DJI Air 3, the latest edition to the Air line, which was released in the Fall of 2023.
