Vietnam's Landmark 81 stands a bit over 1.5k ft. (461 m) above the streets of Ho Chi Minh City, the commercial capital and largest city of Vietnam. Completed in 2018, the 81 story tower was the tallest in Southeast Asian prior to the completion of the Merdeka 118 tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The 81 story tower sits on the banks of the Saigon River just north of the historic city center.

Vincom Landmark 81 or simply Landmark 81 is a supertall skyscraper in Ho Chi Minh City, part of the Vinhomes Central Park project complex, worth US$1.4 billion, invested by Tan Lien Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company under VinGroup. Landmark 81 is the tallest building in Vietnam, the second tallest building in Southeast Asia (to be surpassed as the tallest building by Merdeka 118 in 2022), and the 17th tallest building in the world.

The 461.2-metre (1,513 ft) 81-storey building is located on the west bank of the Saigon River in Binh Thanh District, north of the historic center of Ho Chi Minh City and just south of the Saigon Bridge. The tower is built in the center of the high-end urban complex Vinhome Central Park worth US$1.5 billion. The development includes hotel and conference facilities, luxury apartments, premium retail space, restaurants, bars and a multi-storey observation deck.
