Matsumoto Castle

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Top contributor and pilot Fujibara Films created this short but amazing drone video of one of the most famous castles in Japan. Matsumoto Castle is situated in the Nagano Prefecture, a short distance north of Tokyo in the island of Honshu. Known as the Crow Castle for its black exterior, it's considered one of the country's top three castles, along with Kumamato and Himeji Castles. Completed in the late 1500's, Matsumoto Castle was the seat of the Matsumoto Domain during the Takagawa Shogunate.
